What is it?
Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle therapeutic massage technique that helps to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the drainage of excess fluids from the body.

This type of massage involves very light pressure and rhythmic, circular movements to encourage the flow of lymph through the body. The strokes used in Dr. Vodder MLD massage are gentle and specific, targeting specific areas of the body where lymph fluid may be congested or stagnant.
Techniques such as pumping, wave-like motions, and stationary circles are used to help move the lymph fluid towards the lymph nodes, where it can be filtered and eliminated from the body. MLD is often used to reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and boost the immune system.
